"Way too many errors and stress caused by this agency office. Cancels policy after minor claims. Cancels the wrong auto policy despite multiple calls discussing the correct coverages. The errors leave current car uninsured with no notice to customer. Doesn’t return phone calls. Seldom has enough staff to answer phone calls. Our household has been a customer for over 20 years but this office has soured that relationship."
